We are extremely confident in the quality of our workmanship and materials and want our customers to be too. This is why we are proud to offer multiple warranty coverage options for customers to choose from.

Standard Warranty Coverage

The Owens Corning Roof Warranty

The Owens Corning System Protection roof warranty comes with each roof we sell at no extra cost  to the customer. This a non-prorated, 50 year warranty on the roofing shingles, and any other Owens Corning products that were used during the installation of your roof. It covers 100% of labor and material costs in the event of a material defect, which negates any risk of human error in the manufacturing process. This warranty gives you the peace of mind that your roof is protected if any manufacturing issues develop.

10 Year Workmanship Warranty

We also include our own Standard Workmanship warranty with each roof we install. This warranty covers the installation workmanship for 10 years, and includes any repairs that can be directly attributed to faulty workmanship during our installation process. However, if we determine the needed repair is not a result of faulty installation, it will not fall under your coverage and there will be a service charge for the problem diagnosis.

Warranty Upgrades

50 Year Workmanship Warranty

We are proud to offer a workmanship warranty upgrade. For a small upcharge, this upgrade gives customers 50 years of workmanship coverage, as well as free leak diagnosis for the entire life of the warranty, no matter what the cause.

Platinum Protection Warranty

Cenvar Roofing is an Owens Corning Roofing Platinum Preferred Contractor. This means that we’re in the very top tier of the exclusive Owens Corning network of roofing professionals due to our high standards of professionalism, consistency, reliability and workmanship. This platinum status allows us to offer our customers an extended warranty upgrade for their new roof that is fully backed for the life of the warranty by Owens Corning. Even in the unlikely event that Cenvar goes out of business, your roof will be fully covered by Owens Corning.

This upgrade includes 50 years of non-prorated manufacturing defect coverage and 50 years of workmanship coverage, with the first 25 years of coverage not prorated. After year 25, the warranty is prorated to 50%, with a 2% decrease each year following until the roof reaches 50 years.
