On Site Project Coordinators are responsible for managing crews and the job sites assigned to them to efficiently create happy customers and deliver quality installations. As a Project Coordinator, you simplify and enhance the customer experience by carrying out the roofing process steps from start to finish and attend to details both large and small. Gutter Installation Mechanic Duties

  • Repair & replacement of seamless aluminum gutters
  • Load truck with gutter job materials at the beginning of each day
  • Maintain a clean & neat company truck to include both interior and exterior
  • Keep a prompt appointment schedule as arranged by the office
  • Call the customer while en-route to the job to provide an ETA
  • Review work orders with customers to ensure accuracy
  • Perform a “walk around” with the customer prior to commencement of the job and upon its completion
  • Clean the job site after work is complete
  • Represent the company in the most professional manner at ALL times, to include: being polite, dependable and prompt

This is a full time plus overtime position with the expectation that you will work 40 – 45 hours per week.

Essential Responsibilities : Class B Local Truck / Delivery Driver

  • Picking up and delivering roofing materials.
  • 5 day work week: Monday thru Friday. (occasional Saturdays as required)

The Policy and Procedure Writer will be responsible for creating, revising and maintaining a wide range of policies and procedures for the organization. The position requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and a commitment to clear and concise communication.

Policy & Procedure Writer Duties

  • Work closely with executive level members to ensure the vision of the company is reflected in the policies and procedures that are implemented
  • Research and analyze industry and regulatory standards to ensure current and future policies and procedures align with current laws and best practices
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and understand specific business needs
  • Write, edit and maintain policies and procedures in a clear and concise manner
  • Review and update policies and procedures on a regular basis
  • Maintain an organized and easily accessible repository of all policies and procedures
  • Review and edit previously written policies, standards and manuals for consistency, conforming to existing styles where necessary, while recommending and implementing changes to more efficiently update content with future changes

  • Work with the team to find solutions and verify remedies are completed in a timely manner and to the project specifications
  • Recognize the need for, present ideas and execute changes as needed, with approval
  • Identify persons responsible for quality and customer service failures and complete necessary documentation
  • Coordinate and conduct weekly training as needed on various topics as necessitated by inspections
  • Keep and track daily logs, including photographs taken during inspections
  • Provide written, well organized documentation of findings
  • Conduct minor roof repairs as needed
  • Create work orders as needed and direct activities of “go back” mechanic
  • Coordinate activities of any subcontractors as needed to address issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain a rapport with employees and contractors that fosters a collaborative work environment

Minimum Skills & Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Cenvar insurance policy
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or related field preferred
  • OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
  • At least 2 years of relevant work history
  • Experience with construction job site and equipment

As Project Coordinator, you will be vital to the success of your crew and the growth of your branch. In this position, you will learn the roofing industry and our business systems while building upon your existing professional skills.

On Site Project Coordinators are responsible for managing crews and the job sites assigned to them to efficiently create happy customers and deliver quality installations. As a Project Coordinator, you simplify and enhance the customer experience by carrying out the roofing process steps from start to finish and attend to details both large and small. A Project Coordinator must organize and monitor their job sites to ensure they follow the company’s workflow process.   • Holding your assigned crew accountable to do the work according to our installation neatness standards
  • Reading and executing the work orders exactly
  • Manage tasks effectively and complete projects as expected
  • Actively analyzing each job site to decide what measures are needed to protect the customer’s property
  • Going above and beyond the items listed on the On Site Project Manager checklist to ensure the customer’s property is left in better condition than found
  • Monitoring the crew to ensure they are not being careless nor causing property and/or equipment damage
  • Alerting the GM immediately if the crew does not comply as directed
  • Communicating often with the customer to keep them informed about the job progress and involving them in decisions as much as possible
  • Endeavoring at all times to give our customers the best experience possible
  • Developing customer relationships and providing unrivaled customer service in order to build new business, increase branch profitability and further brand loyalty and recognition
  • Actively analyzing our policies and processes to generate ideas that will improve them for the purpose of helping us become a better company
