I had a leak and called Cenvar for help. The two men who came out to do the repair were very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything. It rained and there was still a small leak. I called Cenvar and immediately two other gentlemen came and found the problem immediately. They fixed it and no more leaks! I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for all my roofing needs in the future!
We had a great experience with Cenvar. We did a full shingle removal and replacement. Quick response, good communication, and efficient quality install. Good quality materials with a decent warranty. Tyler was also great with the follow-up and provided pictures and documentation which I really appreciated. The installation team was friendly and happy to wave and smile when my toddler insisted on saying hello to every single worker when they arrived. I’m an architect so I’m pretty picky when it comes to contractors and quality of work. We’ll be calling them soon for our next gutter project.
Having your roof replaced can be a very intimidating and frightening process. I am thrilled to report that Cenvar was absolutely amazing in all aspects of the process. From the initial (free!) quote to the ease of online contracts and payment, every step of this process was so convenient. I have a large house with a very steep roof and the Cenvar team completed my project in just 2 days! Not only does the roof look amazing, but you would NEVER know that an entire roof had been scraped off and replaced by looking at my yard. There was absolutely no sign of the team even being at my house. When I say the clean-up was impeccable, I was so impressed that I actually went looking for anything they missed and didn’t find a thing!!! I can’t thank you enough for such fast, professional, friendly, and thorough service. Cenvar’s customer service is wonderful. They respond quickly to inquiries and concerns. Their price for replacing my roof was reasonable and less than other roofing companies in the area. They explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and did exactly what the job required, with no problems, mistakes, lateness, or any other issues. Their clean-up, once the job was completed, was carefully conducted as well. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
They show up when promised which these days means a lot. The quote was competitive. The job was done on time despite the bitter cold and high winds. The crew should have been more mindful of blowing debris but were responsive when the problem was brought to their attention. There were a few areas where the craftsmanship was below a reasonable standard (hence the 4-star rating) but the company sent a representative to fix things up. At the end of the day, I’d use them again.
This company cares more about customer service than what I would have imagined. Both installations went very smoothly. Rafa, the project manager kept me up to date daily with photos of progress while I was at work and the installation was excellent. The gutter crew were fast, tidy and high quality. I ran into an issue at the end of installation and as soon as the company was aware that I had concerns, I received a call from a manager who personally attended to it and saw that it was done and who followed up repeatedly after it was completed. Cenvar cares about customer satisfaction and Cenvar cares about doing the job well. They lived up to their branding of being Ethical, Expert and Engaged. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
