Meet Juan and Wilmer, the guys who ensure our installation is top-notch!
Juan Villegas
Quality Assurance Director
In 1997 Juan started as a roofing helper at age 18 for Heat Construction of Raleigh NC. During the next 5 years, he became a roofing mechanic and got promoted to foreman. In 2009 Juan moved to Alabama and started his own roofing company working as a subcontractor for Atlas Roofing and Willoughby Construction. In 2011, as work dried up in Alabama, Juan moved to Lynchburg and met Chris Good. Initially hired to help Chris with general construction, Juan’s knowledge of roofing and his efficiency as a manager is what inspired Chris to start a roofing company. For Cenvar, Juan was first a foreman, then a superintendent, and is now the head of Quality Control. Juan is a partner in the firm.
Wilmer Lopez
Quality Assurance
Wilmer Lopez was born and raised in the Lynchburg area and has worked with Cenvar Roofing since 2017. He is our Quality Insurance Inspector, and in his daily work, he values excellence and enjoys making sure customers are taken care of. Wilmer’s favorite part about working for Cenvar Roofing is the great communication he has with his General Managers and other staff members. Wilmer is passionate about his work and loves learning new things every single day. When he’s not working, Wilmer enjoys spending time doing fun things with his family.
